• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy a product under these Terms.
• An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation email and the payment is successfully processed.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected, if information is incorrect, or if there are pricing/stock errors. If we cancel after payment, you will be refunded.

• Some products are sold as pre-orders. A pre-order reserves your unit for production.
• Estimated dispatch: We expect all pre-orders to be dispatched by August 2026 (estimated).
• Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. If timelines change, we will provide updates by email.

Product updates (small changes)

We may make minor adjustments to finishing, packaging, or components that do not materially change the product's core function or identity (for example, to improve durability or quality control). If a material change is required, we will inform you.

• Prices are shown in USD.
• Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping origin: Romania
Where we ship: EU and US with free shipping. Other countries may be available at checkout.

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on all pre-orders to the EU and US.

Taxes & duties

• Import taxes and duties may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery time

• After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on destination and courier processing.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

• You may request to cancel your order before dispatch by emailing office@oratawatches.com.
• If your order is already dispatched, it will be handled under the Returns Policy (Section 7).

30-Day Return Policy

• You have 30 days from delivery to return your watch for a refund.

Eligibility

• Returns must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging, documentation, and accessories.

How to return

1. Email office@oratawatches.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Pack the watch securely in its original packaging
3. We'll provide return instructions and a return label where applicable
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Return shipping

• EU & US: We cover return shipping for 30-day returns (label provided where applicable).
• Other regions (if available): Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• If your item is defective or we made a shipping error, we will cover return shipping.

2-Year Movement Warranty

Every ORATA WATCHES watch includes a 2-year warranty covering movement issues from the date of delivery.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, water damage due to improper handling, and unauthorized repairs/modifications.

Warranty shipping

• The customer pays shipping to ORATA WATCHES for warranty service.
• The customer pays shipping back after service.

All website content (text, imagery, branding, product names, and design) is owned by ORA Grup INT SRL or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORATA WATCHES is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, while mandatory consumer protection rights in your country (if applicable) remain unaffected.
